My 4 Month Old Baby Has An Unexplained Swollen Knee,

my 4 month old baby has an unexplained swollen knee, its hot to the touch and she can not move her knee but she can move her toes and ankle. we went to the doctors but they said I have to see a pediatrician. but I want more answers before going to see the pediatrician that is 6 hours away.
