My 4 Year Daughter Was Diagnosed With Scarlet Fever 9

my 4 year daughter was diagnosed with scarlet fever 9 days ago and she had 7 days of antibiotics, the rash and the redness went away as well as the fever, but today she has bigger spots all over her body and she has no fever or redness, just has the spots. They range from her neck down her chest, belly and back and even on the front of her privates and her feet, did her scarlet fever come back or could she be allergic to something?
