My 4 Year Girl Woke Up With A Fever With

my 4 year girl woke up with a fever with 103 I give her some motrin she seem to do well we did step out to get something from the store she ate a bit and took but when she woke from a nap her temp went up to 103.5 I gave her more motrin but it seem gone higher to 104. it is hot out. sould I take her to the E.R
