My 4 Year Old Had A Fall And Injured Her

my 4 year old had a fall and injured her head it's swollen and bruised in many places , this was 2 days ago we go to emergency room and they said to keep an eye on her , however tonight she has low temp and is sweating could this be the result of the head injury
