My 4 Year Old Has Started Feeling Pain From Her

my 4 year old has started feeling pain from her vagina since yesterday after peeing. her vagina also has a strong scent and her panty overnight has yellow stains. when i checked and washed her a while ago, her clitoris is swollen and painful if touched. pls help and what can i do to relieve her pain? thanks and more power!
