My 4 Year Old Son Is Constantly Showing His Privates

my 4 year old son is constantly showing his privates at school or to his sisters at home..then today his teacher called and said he touched another boys lap..and is always fighting, physically..even choking them out..ive tried talking to him and disciplining him..im lost
