My 4 Yr Old Grand Daughter Will Use The Potty

my 4 yr old grand daughter will use the potty for about two weeks and then goes back to not using it. THis is causing huge problems with her pre school. She does not seem to feel the sensation of pooping until it is to late. Any suggestions are needed her pediatrician treated for chronic constipation thinking this was the problem but that does not seem to help
