My 4 Yr Old Son Had A Kind Of Loose

my 4 yr old son had a kind of loose stool for the past two weeks and i get checked his direct stool and the result says
apperance brown
consistency mucoid formed
microscopy no ova or parasite seen
other pus cells ++
is there a problem with this result .
