My 45 Yr Ikd Sister Who Suffers From Hypo Glycemia

my 45 yr ikd sister who suffers from Hypo glycemia is throwing up and displaying all the symptoms of Heat exhaustion or heat stroke....she's been throwing up over the last 4 hours and has gotton a little better than she was but my concern is could this be a combonation of low blood sugar AND heat exhaustion? She is giving us a hard time about going to Urgent Care
