My 5 Year Old Son Has Pain Inside His Rectum.

my 5 year old son has pain inside his rectum. It has been getting worse. it hurts usually after he poops which after he poops he always feels like he has to pee. it has been lasting hours after he poops and very painful. we have tried cream, prepration h, and tynenol to help with pain. he is still uncomfortable.
