my 52 yr old wife has a swelling in her vagina it doesn't appear to be either the inner or outer lips it appears to be dead center it feels hard and is the size of a walnut it started about 3 days ago with irritation and a small swelling the size of a marble it is not irritated now just uncomfortable she has had no discharge as she can tell
