My 6 Year Old Daughter Is Having Trouble With Incontinence

my 6 year old daughter is having trouble with incontinence both urinary and bowel. it has progressively gotten worse over the past 8 months. She does not always feel the urge to go and does not realize she has gone after is happens. She does get abdominal pain quite often. When I was her age I had an obstructed bowel that was ready to rupture. I am concerned that there is a bigger problem then what i am being told.
