My 6 Year Old Grand Son Has Had A High

my 6 year old grand son has had a high fever 104 that is with diarrea vomiting for 7 days now had him in er twice and been sent home he wont eat its going on four days now they gave me vomiting suppositorys he is getting no better how can i help him he is getting so week.
