My 6 Year Old Son Had A Temp Of 102

my 6 year old son had a temp of 102 then went down to 97.6 then went down to 96.7 he still feels hot runny nose coughing he is wear a t-shirt so he doesnt over heat but his body feel hot and the last month 1-3-2016 he been staring off first his left arm would shake then i would ask my son are you ok? are you ok? then couple days later he stare off again then both arms start shaking
