My 6 Year Old Son Has A Constant Cough For

my 6 year old son has a constant cough for months now. I thought i was just outdoor allergies but it does not seem to be going away. His lymph nodes feel like kind of swollen and when he coughs it sounds like he has congestion but he is not sick. is eating fine. no fever , im unsure why he has this cough
