My 6 Years Olddaughter Was'nt Talking Yet She Can Mumble

my 6 years olddaughter was'nt talking yet she can mumble words like ma,wa,bi repeatedly without particular person or thing she's pertaining to.. she had seizures when she was still a baby but her EEG results were normal.we thought she began talking at 10 months old because she repeats what we were saying. she had taken phenobarbital for 3 months when she was barely a year old, then encephabol afterwards..what should we do? thanks..
