My 62 Year Old Brother Started Getting Swelling To The

my 62 year old brother started getting swelling to the right side of his top lip. he has not bit his lip, had dental work, a gum ulcer, or have food allergies. He took one over the counter Benadryl but the swelling continued until the entire top lip was involved. Can this be a sign of a stroke?
