My 7 Month Old Fell Off The Bed And Hit

my 7 month old fell off the bed and hit the back of his head on the carpeted floor I picked him up he acted a little groggy like he wanted to sleep for just half a min then I checked him for bruises and any signs of a concussion after he has proceeded to act like his normal go lucky self playing and everything my question is What should I be looking out for?
