My 75 Year Old Mother Has Recently Been Taken From

my 75 year old mother has recently been taken from her farm and put in a home with Demetria. The rural home only has a very young PA who insists my mom needs 5 ml every 4 hrs of Oxycodone , 100 ml 2xday quetiapine and 50 ml 1xday of sertraline. She's completely knocked out she can't talk, walk or hardly swallow. She's gasping and drooling, it's horrible. Is this combination safe. She use to walk and talk fine a month ago.
