My 8 Y/o Son Has Been Having High Fevers Accompanied

my 8 y/o son has been having high fevers accompanied by bone pain in his legs and an upset stomach. He has complained about his heart pounding today. This also happened a month ago. Fever got up to 104.9. After a few days I took him to the doctor and they drew a CBC. It was WNL. Can you advise?
