My 8 Year Old Daughter Has Swollen Ear Lobes And

my 8 year old daughter has swollen ear lobes and they are a little red. Her ears do not hurt. She does not have piercings. I have given her benadryl and put cortisone cream on her ear lobed and have also given her a ice pack. This seems to help but the swelling comes back. What can I do?
