My 8 Year Old Shitzhu Has Very Very Itchy Skin,

my 8 year old shitzhu has very very itchy skin, have been waiting 6 months to get to a holistic vet to do accupunture etc. but Bonny-Belle hasn't drank water on her own for 4 days and today she is refusing it from me in a syringe. She keeps hiding in very, very small places with her face to the wall. Is she dying/
