my 80 year old father has had imbalance problems for 3 years with no relief despite early treatment attempts. no dizziness just unstable gait. he recently underwent an epley procedure. that evening he woke up with a brown discharge from both ears. do you think the procedure caused this? what does it indicate if anything. no change in the imbalance. he is scheduled to do another epley soon.
