my 9 year old son has spotty redness between his thumb and index finger on both hands as well on the tops of both wrists. the areas that are red are rough feeling almost like sandpaper and has a burning sensation. I'm not sure of the cause. I have put elocon cream on the areas and when I put the cream on the burning became more intense.
