My 93 Year Old Mother Has Had Soreness , Burning

my 93 year old mother has had soreness , burning and stabbing pain underneath and around her left breast for several weeks . Now I have it as well ,her caregiver 68 year old daughter . In addition I feel a pressure behind my breast .A tightening pressure that comes and goes . a soreness that does not go away . Can this be something I have caught from her ?
