My Alkaline Phosphatase Test Is 143, 4 Months Ago It

my Alkaline Phosphatase test is 143, 4 months ago it was 141. My liver function test is normal. I have recently been diagnosed with degenerative joint disease and had a full hip replacement in march of 2018 and looking at a knee replacement soon. Could there be something else going on that my doctor is not paying attention to?
