My Boyfriends Been I’ll Since Monday , He’s Been Able

my Boyfriends been I’ll since Monday , he’s been able to eat , walk and do the things he usually does it’s just today he’s being sick because of the pain in his lower stomach. I’ve given him parecetomal and ibuprofen and a hot water bottle to see if it would help the sharp cramping or stabbing pain he said it went down a little but came back really bad today. I’m getting slightly worried as he has had no clue symptoms and it’s only been dizziness , he’s has this since Monday around 3pm
