My HSG Report Says That Uterine Cavity Appears T Shaped

my HSG report says that uterine cavity appears T shaped and left fallopian tube opacified without free peritoneal spill. left tubal blocked whereas right fallopian tube is opacified with free peritoneal spill. what are the chances that i can conceive and what treatment should be followed?
