My L-thyroxine 88mcg Is Taken With A Lot Of Water

my L-thyroxine 88mcg is taken with a lot of water and at least 1 hr before breakfast. It also says to take at least 4hrs before taking any calcium, zinc or antacids, which I do. But I am breaking out with pimply-like bumps that really cause itching all over my legs; Can this L-thyroxine cause this?
