my MRI says mild old anterior wedge deformity of T12 with 20% loss of vertebral body height. Schmorl's nodes deformities involving the superior and inferior endplates of T12. L3-4 mild broad based disc bulge and mild facet arthropathy, inferior bilateral neural foramen narrowing. L4-5 broad based disc bulge and mild facet " " same as above. L5-S1 central disc protrusion and mild/moderate facet arthropathy. What does all this mean?
