My Reverse T2 Is 23.3. I Feel Horrible And I

my Reverse T2 is 23.3. I feel horrible and I don't understand what is going on with me. One doctor wants me off all meds except the synthroid and the other doctor wants syntroid reduced to 100mcg and take 2 cytomel . I lost 50% vision for a week so i took 2-- 5 mcg of cytomel and i could see again. I feel like I am a mess
