My Son 1 Year 5 Month Old Has Cough And

my Son 1 year 5 month old has cough and cold from 1 month, his doctor prescribed him brozeet- LS along with azithral.. he felt good initially but cough has resurfaced again.
he often does throat clearing action and tend to vomit all his food. he has sleeping problem .. he expect his mother swing for a while before sleep.. his farting frequency is very high,, he has GAS issue as well. doctor has suggested us to have him 3.5 ml of rantac syrup before sleep for 2 weeks.
