My Age 48.8 Yrs Height 5.3cm Weight 57kg. Problem Is

my age 48.8 yrs height 5.3cm weight 57kg. Problem is disfunctional bleeding .problem started from last 8 months. my transvaginal sonogram report shows this result LS,TR,AP =7.6,6.3,6.0 cms wide n echogenic endometrium meas.1.4cm.ill defined echopoor area in anterior wall of uterus meas.1.7/1.5 could be adenomyosis and 2 intramural febroids inposterior wall measuring joined together 3.7/1.5
i have to go for hysreoscopy urgently or should i wait or any thing else?(thissonogram is done on 7th day of period )
