My Age Is 26 Height 5.4 Ft Weight 56 I

my age is 26 height 5.4 ft weight 56 I have been facing irregular periods for last few years say 6 to 7 years and have been taking krimson37 but fed up using it since I only get my period when I am in medications the month I stop taking I dnt get my periods. I have not got my periods for even 10months at a streach and again out of no choice i take tablets and get my periods. gyeno dr took test for 4ooo and told everything is alright even pcods are very small only. simultaneously i face heavy fall that all my hair has gone and my scalp will have a sticky dandruff kind of layer and if it is not washed for once in every 2 days, therefore i approached skin doctor for hair loss treatment he gave hair tonic which i was using for years but no improvement but hair continue to fall. later on the same skin doctor asked me if i have periods problem and i told him about my irregular periods and told about medications and all. he wanted me to take a test for insultin fasting and pp. i was shocked to see results showing 6 in fasting and 181 in pp. i can very feel that my hands and legs start shaking if i dont take food on time.

please tell me what will happen if insulin pp is 181 ??

am really afraid to see such a huge no as the reference no itself is 4-28
