My Anus Has Been Very Itchy During The Day I

my anus has been very itchy during the day i went to the doctor and she prescribed lotriderm after that i could not sleep at night i kept waking up with even more of an itch. I went back and she prescribed Anusol-HC i can sleep now but still off and on itch during the day... any ideas? thanks
