My Aorta Artery Branched Off Into My Right Lung When

my aorta artery branched off into my right lung when I was 4 I had a heart Cath done and a coil put in my chest blocking it off they said it could happen again in the future, I am now 18 and I haven't been able to breathe good enough to even function properly for 4 days now especially while standing I feel like I am going to faint and get dizzy when standing as well, also both my arms started hurting like in the bone on my forearms the same time all of my other symptoms came up, minor sharp chest pain from my left lung to righthe lung I went to an ER last night and I was VERY unsatisfied with them they avoided the only thing I wanted them to do and that was making sure my arterys are normal, they kept me there for a whole 13 hours and accomplished nothing. I'm not sure what to do at this point, if I'm not laying down I might as well be a corpse
