My Apartment Was Infested With I Believe To Be "bedbugs"

my apartment was infested with I believe to be "bedbugs" but theres been something strange going on with my body I feel liquid dripping from the inside of my legs, also I get random itchin in various parts of my body, I seem to be venting some microscopic matter and when I chk location where sensation occurs I see clear thredlike string,hair idk.... but it scares me it as thin as spider web..ive had this for a while and when I bathe my skin get very spongy like I was toxic man.
