My Aunt Is Over 65 Yrs Old And Is Handicapped

my aunt is over 65 yrs old and is handicapped she had a stroke when she was 30 it was the result of a blood clot in her leg...but she has recently lost a lot of wieght in a period of maybe 2months she has lost atleast 50+ lbs she is unable to chew we have to feed her only soft things like oatmeal and soups ect.. we now have to feed her like a baby because she started making such a mess when she did it most of her food was ending up on the floor so we have to feed her to make sure shes getting something in her. she does not speak at ALL! we have taken her to be tested for all cancers and diabetes they say shes fine...HELP!
