my aunt was just diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. she is being treated immediately with 500 units of Hydroxyurea. She lives in Naples Fl and her husband just passed away. She's 80 but so vibrant. This is a shock. What should we expect? We are considering moving her to IU Cancer Center in Indianapolis for her immediate treatment so some of Tuscan be with her through it.
