My Baby Is 5 Months Old. From Yesterday There Are

my baby is 5 months old. from yesterday there are red patches appearing on his face and body...I have just started feeding him Nan Pro. Is he allergic to that? What should i do? Because the red patches appeared again after some time when he gave him nan pro today? or is he allergic to something else? Iam very scared. Please guide me
