My Baby Is Duther With 4 Month Old Age. I

my baby is duther with 4 month old age. I had a good pregnancy period but my screening test was high risk for down syndrome. karyotype my fetal amniotic fluid was normal. after birth she's feature of palpebral slant is similar to down syndrome but other finding such as ear place and simiancris and sandel gap and hypo tony are normal but splenomegaly and heart defect were seen. please help me for another diseases with these features.
