My Baby Suffering From Fever From 3 Days, Her Fever

my baby suffering from fever from 3 days, her fever in starting was 101.4 and now 100.4 and 100.9. she is only 6month completed and running into 7 month. doctor prescribed paracetamol drop (NIKO)7ml 4hourly and swich syrp 1.5ml for7 days. urine RE report normal but while checking cbc,crp blood test than WBC count is high that is 17,800 but CRP is nagative, after using prescribed medicine also my baby suffering from fever.. i'm so much in tention so please help me from this...kgd y!
