My Bf And I Had Dry Sex On November 2016,

my bf and i had dry sex on november 2016, i missed my period for the month of november but i had it back on december and it is heavier than normal, after 2 weeks, i had spotting that lasted for 2 days. then this month of january, i am experiencing tender breasts, heavy stomach and back ache, i took pregnancy tests and they are all negative. i don't know if all of these means im getting my period soon or they are signs that im pregnant. please help
