My Bf Is 66 In Somewhat Poor Health. Hit Head

my bf is 66 in somewhat poor health. hit head this am to where he saw "stars" leaning back and taking meds tipping back head. was ok. seemed fine. about 30 minutes later vomited. ambulance said his o2 was low, sugar 193 which is normal. altered state. could he have fractured skull, and brain bleed? in ur opinion will he need hospital stay.
