My Blood Pressure Has Been 200/100 And My Pulse Is

my blood pressure has been 200/100 and my pulse is 89, reading in the evening. I feel my heart is racing. I have been having headaches on awaking in the morning. I am under alot of stress as I have recently separated from my husband. I am already on Coversyl 40 mg a day for blood pressure. I am 52 year woman average weight. Should i go to the hospital with these readings?
