My Blood Pressure Is 125 Over 79 Pulse Rate Is

my blood pressure is 125 over 79 pulse rate is 79...I have always had extremely low BP, I am 68, a woman who has smoked lightly on and off for years only socially, never in AM. I have been waking up lately with my heart racing when I turn over at night and I have lain awake worrying about it...It usually goes back to normal after a few minutes, but it can be very irregular and floppy for awhile. My 88 yr. mother has had serious a fib for about 10 years...???
