my body is achy all over. I have been putting ice all over my body which helps. I am very active. yesterday I swam 1 hr, walked 1 hr and 200 sit ups. normally I exercise 10 hrs a week. swimming 5 miles, walking 3/4 hrs. and 500/600 sit ups and bicycling in the summer.
