My Boyfriend Has Bad Pains In His Stomach And He

my boyfriend has bad pains in his stomach and he just had an attack of really bad pain, he is now cold and clamy. he said his eyes are burning. he was just recently diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer which i think he has had for a while and is somewhat advanced. ears are ringing he has cold sweat. could this be a stroke or heart attack?
