My Boyfriend Has Sleep Apnea. Tried Both Machines And He

my boyfriend has sleep apnea. Tried both machines and he can't keep them on more than 2 hours. He has a CDL license so it's vital that he gets this fixed so he doesn't lose his license. Are there any other methods to try to get him the rest he desparately needs. He is so tired all the time. His dentist is doing a mouthpiece but won't be done until late Dec.
