My Boyfriend's Sugar This Morning Was 325. Blood Pressure Was

my boyfriend's sugar this morning was 325. Blood pressure was 180/74 79 He has had a heart attack five years ago. Bottom half of his heart is dead (cardiologist said so) He was taken to the emergency room last year because his sugar was above 250 and his blood press was 225 - don't remember the other two nos. I told him that he is a walking time bomb if he doesn't start eating correctly. I am afraid that he is going to have another heart attack. I guess I really can't make him take care of himself.
